1. Before the procedure

At Delhi Dental Center, Dr Amit Goswami and Dr Vandana Goswami will do dental examination and will take your X – rays.
If needed they will take impressions for both upper and lower jaw bones to study the feasibility for a dental implant supported fixed dentures or partial dentures for you.
Duration – 20 to 30 minutes.

2. Installing the implant

We will make the area numb and the Implants will be inserted in the jaw bone.
We generally use 2 implants for upper and lower arches but we can use 4 implants in each arch too for added retention.
Temporary dentures can be worn till the time your over-dentures are being made. Duration – 30 to 60 minutes.

3. Attaching ball/bar and making overdentures

When dental implant specialist dentist will confirm that implants are integrated well with your bone, then we will fix ball or a bar to the implants so that on these the over denture can get fixed and they act as a clip to hold the denture on the implants.
Duration – 30 minutes.

4. Fixation of the denture to the implants.

Dental Implant Fixed Denture is inserted and placed well. All aesthetics checked.
Now your implant with fixed denture will feel and functions like your own natural teeth.

  I travelled to India to see Dr Amit & Dr Vandana after doing some research around on the internet in regard to what dental treatment options. I had.  I desperately needed a lot of treatment as my dental health was in a very poor state and really needed whatever was necessary to get my dental health back and also get my confidence back in terms of smiling.  I could not have chosen a better place & better people.  As soon as I arrived in Delhi it was attention from day one.  During the time I was with them, their treatment was very human and they made you feel welcome every time I went to see them.  I wanted to get my smile back and for this, they did a series of studies of my mouth such as digital x-rays for them to visualize their plan of action.  They found that I needed a root canal and the experienced was fantastic.  During the treatment, I did not feel any pain whatsoever.  They also did some artificial bone implantation as I lost bone during my early years of mouth neglect but they did a fantastic job with this & I got zirconia metal free dental crowns that made me look 10 years younger.  I would definitely not hesitate to go to this fantastic dentist clinic.  They are extremely professional and caring on what they do.   My experience with Delhi Dental Center (DDC) has been very satisfying.  The clinic has advanced machinery like 360 degree dental x-ray machine, hand held x-ray machine apart from other regular/ sophisticated tools & machinery.  Both the doctors here are well experienced and knowledgeable. Hygiene is given utmost importance here.   After the recent epidemic, they have further raised the bar with regard to hygiene protocols.  I had many visits to DDC, for myself, my wife and also for my daughter, and I never felt disappointed.
